The Indian Premier League Governing Council, which met on Wednesday, decided that the player’s auction for the IPL 4 season will take place on January 8 and 9 in Mumbai. The fourth season of the high-profile Indian Premier League will commence on April 8 next year and will end on May 22. The dates were decided at a meeting of the reconstituted five-member IPL Governing Council, headed by Chirayu Amin.
