BCCI makes major changes to IPL Governing Council

There are some big changes made in Indian cricket, including a major Indian Premier League shakedown. The IPL Governing Council has been reconstituted and former India captain Sunil Gavaskar is not part of the new team, the term of which has also been reduced from five years to one year.
